Cellaring Tips
To keep your wine in tip top condition corked wine
should be stored on its side or upside down. With screw
cap it is not as important but still a good idea at
least on its side. Wine should not be stored any higher
than 20 degrees centigrade or at least not in an area
that the temperature can fluctuate greatly over a short
space of time. Higher temperatures will increase the
ageing in Reds and Whites and generally reduce the wine
quality in all wines. The wine should also not be kept
in direct sunlight.
