In 2001 we planted a total of 8.65 acres in four equal lots of Shiraz , Cabernet Sauvignon , Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.

In 2002 we planted a total of 6.1 acres in two equal lots of Shiraz and Mouverdre (also known as Mataro)

In 2004 we planted a total of 4.35 acres of Riesling (was planted late and most were lost due to heat stress, replanting was done in Sept 2006 and 2007.)

Our Water catchment comprises a roaded catchment and two dams and two contour banks. The top dam (1.5 mega litres ) catches water from a roadway and also a neighbouring property, the bottom dam is the main storage and is approximately 3 mega litres.
